Essential and Plus remain available. Plus can still complete before Christmas; it does not include the Christmas supplement-waiver promise.

moov Christmas: priority case handling, with a case handler assigned to work towards completion on or before 18 December 2026. If your transaction does not complete by that date for any reason, we waive its Christmas supplement in full. No questions asked. No conditions, caveats or exclusions.

The additional Christmas fee is £590 + VAT. Your instruction date secures the rate. This fee is separate from your quoted legal fee and fast-track search pack. The supplement is payable only when that transaction completes on or before 18 December 2026.

Last day to instruct to secure the guarantee: 23 October 2026 for leasehold and 6 November 2026 for freehold.

The upfront payment of £700 (VAT included where applicable) is included within your quote and deducted from the total. The Christmas supplement is separate from this upfront payment.
