Compare no sale, no legal fee and the cost of starting again
When choosing the best online conveyancing package, compare two budgets: the cost of completing your move and the cost of restarting if it falls through. A legal-fee guarantee alone does not tell you what happens to searches and file-opening payments already made.
No sale, no legal fee
No quoted legal fee for an unfinished sale or purchase under the applicable guarantee. Third-party and other incurred costs are considered separately.

A replacement purchase search pack covering local authority, water/drainage and environmental searches within six months of the original search order, subject to terms.
