One-hour setup refers to getting your file started. Premium also includes fast-track search ordering. Completion depends on the legal work, your mortgage, the property and the other parties, so a completion date needs to be considered for your own transaction.
What is the difference between Plus and Premium?
Plus offers same-day setup for eligible instructions and priority purchase searches. Premium offers one-hour setup and fast-track search ordering. Both include qualifying file-transfer and replacement-search protection. Compare your itemised prices before choosing.
Can I get a Premium quote for buying and selling?
Yes. Select purchase and sale in the quote form so both transactions can be priced together. Include the details of each property and tell us about the chain and any dates you are working towards.
Does Premium include no sale, no legal fee?
Yes. If your transaction falls through before completion, the quoted legal fee for that unfinished transaction is not charged under the no sale, no legal fee guarantee. The file-transfer and replacement-search benefits have the periods explained above; other costs follow the quotation and package terms.
Can I use Premium for a leasehold or new-build property?
