What to expect after submitting your details and making your payment

If you submit and pay after 3:30pm on a business day, your file will be set up by 6pm the next working day. Weekend submissions are set up by 6pm on Monday (unless this falls on a bank holiday).

Once we have your details and payment, we will:

  1. Contact the estate agent (if applicable) to provide them with your dedicated case handler’s details so they can issue the sales memorandum.
  2. Draft and send the Express Move Pack, the initial document you need to sign and complete to become legally prepared.
  3. Set up the legal file internally in readiness for your completed Express Move Pack and the sales memorandum from the estate agent.

After submitting your details and making the payment our onboarding team will draft the relevant express move pack, depending on the governing body of our partnered legal representative.


After which we will contact any Estate Agents/Developer/Housing Association (If any of which are applicable) and provide them with your allocated representative's details. After which we will set up the legal file internally with the law firm with which we have partnered and deal with any appropriate administration


Once this has been completed your solicitor will ask for a smaller seventy-five pound payment on account which also is not an additional payment but is used to download land registry documents and to conduct your identification checks.


Reminder: Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm. With our moov Plus package, the cut-off for the "Same Day Set Up Guarantee" is 3:30 pm; any instructions received after this time are set up by 6 pm the next working day.
